[Two sentences on the commissioning challenge, what testing found, and the outcome for the client.]
A facility is not finished when construction ends. It is finished when every system has been tested together and your team is ready to run it. We support commissioning through to operational readiness.
Who it's for
Owners, operators, and A/E and EPC firms
When to engage
From commissioning planning through turnover to operations
What you leave with
Tested systems, complete records and a team ready to operate
How an engagement runs
From test plan to turnover
Phase 01
We define the test scope, sequence, acceptance criteria and responsibilities, and align them with the construction schedule.
Phase 02
We witness equipment startup and functional testing, and confirm each system performs as specified on its own.
Phase 03
We test systems together under load and failure scenarios, so the facility's real behavior is known before it matters.
Phase 04
We track deficiencies to a close and assemble as-builts, test records, warranties and manuals into a usable set.
Phase 05
We confirm procedures, training, spares and staffing are in place, and hand the facility to operations.
How we work
Power, cooling and controls are run as one facility.
We test what happens when things go wrong, on purpose.
Every result is recorded and traceable.

What we cover
We support each one on the owner's side and keep the evidence in order.
01
Plans, scripts and schedules reviewed, and testing witnessed on the owner's behalf.
02
Power, cooling, controls and life safety tested together through normal, maintenance and failure modes.
03
Each system checked against its sequence of operations and performance criteria.
04
Deficiencies, warranties and open items tracked until the record is clean.
05
Drawings and documentation verified to reflect what was installed.
06
Procedures, training, spares and staffing confirmed before the facility takes load.
